 Dear Drain Team,

I would like to bring it to your attention the excellent experience I had with your company.  I called your company yesterday because the drains in both my toilets were clogged.  I had already called a different plumber last week who told me I needed a new toilet.  Because I had both bathrooms remodeled two years ago and I was having a problem in both bathrooms I didn't believe them. 

Upon calling your company, the person who answered the phone (sorry I can't remember her name) was friendly and helpful.  Your technician Marcus came out that evening.  He was great!  He explained how the drains worked, exactly what he was doing, and solved my problems.  In addition to that, I am a single mom with a thirteen years old son learning anything about home repairs and cars.   Marcus too the time to explain to him everything he was doing.  I appreciate that special attention he gave my child.
