Dear Drain Team,

This letter is being sent to thank your entire Drain Team personnel from my initial contact on Saturday June 6th, 2009 with John with Jerry the "Leak Detector Man", and ending with Ronnie Wood the "Super Plumber".

I could not have wished for a better experience under unfortunate circumstances we were in. Everyone was polite, friendly, knowlegable, and on time, so unusual. We have to say what a special person Ronnie Woods is. This gentleman was constantly working, non stop, from the time he arrived until the time he left. He was determined to fix the leak. One original leak turned into five and he was not going to leave me without water overnight. He would not eat or drink anything, just kept working in such a nice and friendly manner. Ronnie is such an asset to your company and deserves all the recognition he can get.
