Dear Drain Team,

About 6 weeks or so ago, we had a plumbing problem and called The Drain Team. We’ve only had to use a plumber a couple of times and one was very expensive and the other I was not impressed with the personalities of the workers. A friend of mine recommended The Drain Team, so I thought I’d give you a try.

You sent out a young guy by the name of Marcus. I am writing to tell you that not only did he do an awesome job for us, but he was extremely down to earth and professional. Our problems was that the toilet was backing up into our shower. He went onto our roof to snake the drain. After three attempts, he could not get in unclogged. He came down from the roof, we talked about our other options. He went back on the roof to try once more. He acutally tried two more times and got it unclogged. I was very impressed for the fact that he never gave up. He put a camera down there and explained we needed to have our pipes flushed.

I personally believe he went above and beyond and I don’t believe I would have gotten the same service from another plumber. In this bad economy, people are always complaining about things, therefore, I wanted to change that and write you this letter of praise for Marcus. I work in an office as office manger, I know what it is like to get these kind of letters on employees.
