Recognition and complements are hard to come by these days, as I know from running a department in a large printing company for too many years. All you usually hear is negative crap, no matter how many good things you do.

I am taking the time to write this as I am impressed with the young man, Marcus, that was sent to my house on Sunday. I ran a department of about 50 employees and it was a always a challenge, that usually wasn’t met, to find quality help. Clean cut, good manners, able to communicate with ease, knowlege to do the job, Marcus is the type of employee every business covets.

The job was an easy one, to say the least, not at all challenging, but he did a good job and I was very satisfied, to say the least. Especially since I picked up the phone book and picked a company at random!
