I just wanted to let you know what great service I received from Bill and Mike. I have been dealing with a plumbing nightmare the last few months, including mold and multiple pipe leaks. After determining that the third leak was down in the slab, Bill suggested that re-piping would be a more sensible solution. I talked this over with my insurance company, and off the record, they agreed. It was not an easy job, and involved several suprises for them, but they stuck it out and even stayed late to finish. They were very respectful to my home, and made time to answer all of the questions that I had. Hopefully, I will not have to worry about plumbing for a while, but when I do, I will definitely call The Drain Team again.

You have in him a tremendous employee who goes out of his way above and beyond the call. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with his work, his attitude, and his knowledge.

It was also refreshing to see someone who was immensely proud of being a 3rd generation plumber.

He went out of his way to come back to our house again the next day for no charge with a working camera to find the “root” of our problem, which turned out to be roots growing through the pipe. And also discovered there was a problem on the city side of the tap. He then took upon himself to contact the city sewer department to alert them of the problem, and they have since been out here to correct it.

He truly goes out of his way and brings an entirely new dimension to the term “customer service”.
