I would like to commend an employee of yours named Antonio for his professionalism and dedication to your company. Two years ago on Christmas Eve a young man arrived at my rental home in Redington Shores Beach to repair a kitchen faucet. I was leaving the next day for North Carolina and had renters coming on the 27th. I was so impressed with what a clean-cut young man he was and how he did not mind at all working on this holiday. The pipes were well over 50 years old and he managed to put it all back together again with ease. Much to my surprise, Antonio came to my condo in Temple Terrace last week to repair a job that was unacceptable from a previous repair a few weeks prior. This was not an easy job, as it required not only a plumber, but a carpenter as well. Once again, not only was he personable, but assured me he would take care of it and not to worry. He called me twice during the next day to check in, called when he finished and the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Now, how many people have you had in the past years that took such pride in their work? My renters in the condo could not believe how he cleaned up, even sweeping the porch.
