It is not often that people get recognized or thanked. Therefore I would like to thank your service man and company. In January 3rd your company responded to a problem at our home. Your service man was prompt, professional, and polite. You see we nearly had to fight "City Hall" or in this case the town of North Redington. Many months ago their underground wiring had encountered problem after problem and of course has not yet been completed. Therefore when we experienced a second sewage backup in seven days, we knew somewhere a serious problem was occurring. It was also at this point the town of North Redington refused to help. On the morning of January 3rd, I honestly never heard of the Drain Team. But I knew I needed a camera and shortly after noon, your team arrived. The Public Works Supervisor was in no way willing to accept responsibility on behalf of the town. That more than likely being his job. However, with your company's precisions and insistence, it finally became clear that the responsibility was that of the town's rather than us, as owners. It was a nice feeling to finally have something work on our side. Therefore, we thank the Drain Team.

I'm not looking forward to calling a plumbing team any time soon again, but I now know of a reliable service. It was a pleasure to do business with your company.

Dear Drain team,

As per our conversation this afternoon, I am writing to once again inform you of the great, professional job your company did on repiping our home on Hammock Terrace in Venice.

The Drain Team went above and beyond the call of duty. When asked to shut a certain door- it was always shut. When asked a question, your technicians answered politely and with knowledge.

When your technician said he was going into our very small attic and wouldn't come down until finished, he was true to his word. He finally came down around 7:30 PM!

This Grandmother could go on and on. Let suffice to say - they don't get any better or more professional than the Drain Team.

Re: Emergency Work

On Wednesday evening, 15 September I called the Drain Team in a state of panic. I was about to have a disaster in my bathroom and needed help. I was assured a technician would arrive within the hour and he did! I really didn't hear his name but I have to commend him for his work. He assessed the situation and did what he could before he had get a second technician with more equipment.

The second technician arrived about an hour later and he too went right to work. It was late and very dark where he was working outside but he solved the problem.

I commend you and your technicians. They were both professional and did not waste any time getting to work. I now have real confidence when I flush the toilet! If I ever have another problem I will not hesitate to call the Drain Team.
