Hello, I am with the City of Tampa and I have a water leak underneath the parking lot at one of our properties. Can you find out where the leak is and determine how much it will cost to fix it? I am looking to have someone come out and say “dig here” and then we can have someone come out to dig it up and fix it. We need someone that is approved to work for the city of Tampa.
